The equipment's management system has internationally advanced heat treatment technology, complete records of the heat treatment temperature, aging, and atmosphere of each batch of products, and can read product processing data at any time. Various heat treatment processes can be quickly switched within 15 minutes. The equipment is connected to the central centralized control system to facilitate remote information management.
3. The bottom-loading vertical multi-purpose furnace should be equipped with an ammonia safety system. If the power is cut off accidentally or the furnace temperature drops below 750°C, the equipment can automatically fill the furnace with nitrogen and activate the safety device in time.
