What are the common process methods in the degreasing process of steel strip

(1) Spray soak cleaning.
The degreasing liquid is sprayed to the surface of the steel strip or the steel strip is soaked in the degreasing liquid. The degreasing agent is used to moisten, permeate, emulsify and disperse the grease on the surface of the steel strip to remove the grease on the surface of the steel strip, which is mainly used for the pre-cleaning of the steel strip.
(2) Lye washing.
By spraying high pressure degreasing liquid to the surface of the steel strip, or brushing roller at the same time of spraying degreasing liquid, the grease on the surface of the steel strip is applied to do external work, and the grease and dirt are removed by mechanical means. Mainly used for large area oil removal after pre-cleaning.
(3) Electrolytic cleaning.
By applying an electric field near the steel strip, the steel strip is polarized and charged, or the method of directly using the steel strip is charged, the electrolyte on the surface of the steel strip produces electrolytic reaction, and the tiny bubbles of hydrogen and oxygen are generated on the surface of the steel strip, so that the grease and the steel strip are stripped and removed. It is mainly used for cleaning after the removal of large areas of oil, to remove the stubborn oil in the small pits on the surface of the steel strip.
(4) Ultrasonic cleaning.
The cleaning medium around the steel strip vibrates under the action of strong sound field, and the dirt on the surface of the steel strip is removed by its unique cavitation, scouring and stirring. At present, there are not many galvanized lines, mainly used to remove iron powder, rust and other dirt on the surface of the steel strip.
(5) Wash with clean water.
Spray high pressure water to the surface of the steel strip, or wash with a brush roller while spraying water to remove the residual alkali stains on the surface of the steel strip during the degreaser cleaning process to eliminate the secondary pollution caused by the cleaning process. It is mainly used for alkali stain cleaning in pre-treatment.
It can be seen from the above that various cleaning methods have their own advantages. In fact, any production line can not only use a certain cleaning method, but the above methods are combined to learn from each other and achieve the best results.
In general, pre-cleaning immersion and the final water wash are essential, and the oil removal in the middle can use one of the scrubbing, electrolysis, or both methods. Some people have compared the cleaning effects of the above cleaning methods and combinations, and believe that the order of cleaning effects.
