14. The temperature control instrument has PID intelligent control function, fast process response, small overshoot, high steady-state accuracy, and the temperature control heating system uses a voltage regulator controller and a voltage regulator module.

21. Quenching tank: It is equipped with heating, cooling and circulation functions to keep the quenching liquid temperature constant and effectively ensure the hardness consistency of the treated products.
22. Cleaning machine: It adopts immersion + spraying + oil-water separation to effectively remove oil stains on the surface of parts.
23. Tempering furnace: Each zone is equipped with a strong convection fan to ensure uniform temperature in the furnace and uniform hardness of the product after tempering.
24. The fan bearing and the support bearing adopt air cooling and self-heating technology to eliminate the hidden dangers caused by water cut-off, blockage and leakage.
25. The operation of the whole line has a safety interlocking function. If a fault occurs, the subsequent operation will be automatically stopped, and the fault situation will be prompted in real time.
