Super Wide Stainless Steel Strip Horizontal Bright Annealing Furnace
This horinzontal bright annealing line can anneal wide stainless steel strip with up to 1350mm width; Wide muffle design, furnace insulation structure and sealing devices raise challenges on temperature controlling, engergy saving and product quality in the development. With over 30 years' furnace construction experience, Strong Metal well addressed those challenges. Cold rolled stainless steel strip processed by the bright annealing line can produce a very bright and clean finishing(BA). The annealing process happens in a protective reducing atmosphere gas(normally we use ammonia decomposing mixed gas). There is no need acid pickling as traditional annealing process under open air.

Bell Type Bright Annealing Furnace
Bell-type coil annealing furnace is suitable for bright annealing of carbon strip and alloy steel. The coil surface after annealing treatment is bright and the hardness is uniform. In addition, it can also be used for bright heat treatment of copper strip, wire, spring steel strip and wire. After cold rolling the steel strip is hard and brittle. It has to pass a recrystallization annealing process to achieve the necessary ductility for the later cold forming process. Bell type furnace is also call batch annealing furnace.
